Yes. Each piece is crafted by skilled artisans, using traditional techniques passed down through generations. No two items are exactly alike, making each one unique.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to most countries. Orders over $150 include free worldwide shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Orders usually arrive within 6–10 business days. International delivery times vary depending on location.
Where are your products made?
Most of our current collection is made in small artisan communities in the Andes, with more regions to come.
Are your products fair trade?
We work directly with artisan cooperatives, ensuring fair payment and sustainable production.
How should I care for my handmade rug or pillow?
We recommend gentle vacuuming and spot cleaning with mild soap and cold water. Avoid machine washing.
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 15 days of delivery by emailing info@lomiodecor.com. Items must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and within the return period. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
Do you offer custom or made-to-order pieces?
