General Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return. In the case of a change of mind, you have 15 calendar days from the delivery date to notify us by email at info@lomiodecor.com.
Returns are only accepted if the product is:

In perfect condition,

In its original packaging, and 
- 
Within the 15-day return window. 
We reserve the right to deny returns if the product is used, damaged, or returned after the allowed timeframe.
Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
You may choose between:

Exchanging the item for another product, or

Receiving a full refund. 
Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after we receive the item at our warehouse.
Defective Product Returns
All Lo Mio Decor products are handcrafted with care and may feature unique characteristics such as irregular textures, dye variations, or candle wax marks — a reflection of their artisanal origin and authenticity.
However, if you receive a product with a functional defect (e.g., a non-working zipper or broken part), please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Email us at info@lomiodecor.com and include photographic evidence of the defect.
Conditions for acceptance:

The product must be returned in its original packaging.

The item must be in the same condition as when received. 
Lo Mio Decor will cover the return shipping costs for verified defective items.
As with general returns, you may request a replacement or a full refund, processed within 15 business days of receipt.
